DANGANRONPA: REBOUND - TAG [12-01] VA AUDITIONS
Awin for TAG [12-01]
TAG [12-01]
MALE
51 [11-05-XXXX]
[FORMER] ULTIMATE [REDACTED]
A man versed in conversation and well-known among the best of the best. So, does that put him above the best? With a casual confidence in his actions and a considerate smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes, he may as well believe that. What’s the benefit to humbleness anyways? It’s better to be honest and hated than to hold your capabilities back.
I’m searching for a proper middle range for him, something that isn’t too high but isn’t too low either. A good voice archetype to take inspiration from would be the cocky middle-aged protagonist that constantly throws around quips and one-liners, BUT I also want him to have a side of smooth confidence, someone who knows more than he lets on in the eyes of others. His character is fitting for a politician, if that puts him more into perspective.
[This role is a PROTAGONIST role for a LONG-TERM project. If you are auditioning, I anticipate that you are buckling yourself up for the long run. The warning atop of the casting call also applies to this character, and a more intense range is going to be asked of you if you are shortlisted for the callback process.]
[There is no voice direction for these lines as I’d rather hear how YOU interpret his character and the direction for these lines instead.]

“The forecast didn’t say anything about it raining cats and dogs.”
“Not Lethe Brahm’s program. Other talent programs around the world, yeah, but Lethe Brahm only admits those around the college student range. Rarely there are some exceptions made depending on a child’s academic record. Similar to how some children make it early into college.”
“Camden Gallagher. Hm, that’s a new name. I’ll definitely remember you.”
