A calculating, methodical, Immoral scientist with a god complex. He's a canadian evil scientist with a very pretentious voice, very "um actually" or "matter of fact" kind of sound. He wants to create the next phase of evolution for the human race, turning people into machines and experimenting on them with his tech.
