Cob is a weird creature, he seems generally kind hearted (at least if Kip is to be believed with her story of how she met him) but he's not the most talkative. Cob’s most defining trait is his silence and big nothing behind the eyes stare, though based on how much he stares it can be assumed he is very curious to a fault and a good listener/observer, if only he were a better conversationalist. He is very much not human, having been born post apocalypse but he does have a relatively humanoid shape and is probably evolved/descended from whatever humans had managed to survive.

he can speak, however he generally will be rather silent and not speak except for bigger moments, so his voice acting will be more sounds etc.
