Ominis Rune is a secondary character in Fear of The Shard
my inspiration for his voice is Belos from owl house.
Ominis created "The Crystal," a vessel made of magic that could store his power in the event of a war in Equestria. He enjoyed watching and observing the world around him. Ominis is usually peaceful, but he could be aggressive if anyone tried to take what belonged to him. He can and will go through all of your memories! Ominis Rune can dream walk, and vaguely tell the future, but it may not always be something youll like. Can sleep for an absurdly long time
