The Doctor is on his 15th incarnation. This time he's a Young Adult who will happily use sarcasm and intelligent wit to get his way.. He will hit points in this story where he is joking around, demanding, Mourning, and angry.. So I need a talent who can provide great range to the character. He needs to have an English accent but not specifically posh or to a location.. VERY Similar to Matt Smith's 11th doctor But feel free to add your own spin on it
