Neco Arc is the main Neco, who is usually the character who introduces the next skit coming up. Although, she does appear in a few actual skits with the characters. 

Give her a sort of quirky, different, adult sounding voice similar to the Japanese version or your own take.

Voice description:
  • female adult

  • (another annoyed sound followed by louder grumbling) FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME, WE ONLY DO CURRY--- (suddenly cut off) Oh, that’s not what you meant? (small pause) Oh, the carnival is starting? (surprised) The Carnival Phantasm?

  • (confused) I don’t understand your sudden decision. What's wrong?

  • (loud and obnoxious) NYAAAAAAAH!!!
