Ikki Yoneda (ee-kee yo-neh-duh) is the General Commander of the Imperial Flower Division, and has a history of protecting the capital from demons since his days in the Anti-Kouma Squad. He is very much devoted towards the protection of the Capital and is more than a worthy leader, yet is also equally devoted to drinking his brains out, as he is often shown to be drunk, generally speaking his mind and being aggressively blunt in comparison to the rest of the group. He is buried under grief for his fellow comrades in the Anti-Kouma Squad, as well as constantly burdened by his own regrets, but he never usually lets those feelings surface. Because of this, he is extremely protective over the members of the division, especially Sakura, in which he was very close friends with her father.

His voice is very gruff and stoic, yet his speech patterns are far more irregular when under the influence of alcohol (obviously).
