It would really help if you're okay with Sanster (you don't personally have to ship it, just being accepting of it is ok!)

What's really good about Gaster is how much creative freedom you actually have when it comes to his voice, thanks to the lack of canon information!


YES, you can modify your voice. (ie. making it sound more glitchy.)

If you're lost: my headcanon is that he has a deep voice with no glitches and a British accent if he's not in the void. If it helps, think of Hannibal Lecter from the Hannibal TV series if you wish.
