One of Sam's neighbors, and the his first companion to venture out with him into the building.  After being bitten by his sister, he suffered an ailment where teeth grew over and consumed most of his face and head.  But, unlike the rest of his family, he managed to stay lucid.  His voice actor will have to maintain a raspy voice with a slight lisp.
