The Stray should sound as a well-spoken woman somewhere between 25-35. She is complicated, ambitious, and ruthless, but will over time begin to speak to the other main character with quite a bit of affection.
The Stray speaks in a sort of From-Soft dark fantasy style. Very archaic, very poetic and hushed as though speaking in a half whisper. A few examples who speak in a similar style are Melina & Ranni from Elden Ring, the Firekeeper from Dark Souls 3, and more or less the entire cast of Netflix's Castlevania series.
She should speak in either a dialect of British English or American English. Both will work for the character, so long as they are spoken with enough gravitas.

#3 {Affectionate} You have allowed it to press upon you, these moments when I name you Knight. If this is what you wish, then it shall be so. We might pretend for a moment, that thou art truly chevalier, and that I am not a witch sharp to the touch. A pleasant little lie we tell ourselves, isn't it?
