Papyrus is Sans's younger brother, and the younger of Frisk's adoptive older brothers. He's kind and caring, and believes in everyone to a fault. He would rather have tea with a serial killer and ask them about their day and what's so horrible that they feel they have to kill, than to harm them. He will protect himself as best as he is able, but he will never use his power to hurt others to kill, only to capture. He also only has two volumes: LOUD and still kinda loud.

(worried for frisk, upset at Sans for suggesting something) HOW COULD YOU EVEN SAY SUCH THINGS, SANS! Why would you say something like that?
