Sera Wagner-Nocturn (Sair-uh Vahg-nur Noc-turn) is a pure-blood vampire who as of 20 years ago became a doctor. She is also the wife to superhero Dusk aka Ethan Nocturn. She is very wise and quick to correct her husband, if anything to protect him from himself and his desire to be great. She works with the Hero's Legion as its go to medical provider.
