The Monitor of Installation-06, 063 Primus Tenet, has been damaged and isolated for centuries since the Forerunners went extinct. After a conflict on the ring between Humans and the Covenant, only remnants remain on the now-damaged installation. This story takes place during the end of Halo 3, when the Flood-infested High Charity arrives at Installation-00 (the Ark). While the Flood outbreak rages elsewhere, 063 Primus Tenet has made a choice: to reach the Ark and activate his ring above it… he just needs a Human.

The Monitor’s personality is inspired by HK-47 from KOTOR—before every line, he announces the type of sentence he’s about to say. It doesn’t need to be stoic; for example, some lines (like sample line #3) can be delivered as a rushed STATEMENT!
