It was the strangest thing, man. Since the cops aren’t doin’ nothin’, I was doin’ a little reconnaissance, y’know, watchin’ ‘em from a distance, and at first it seems like they’re all just goin’ about their business, going in-an-out of stores, gettin’ to their cars, whatever.

Then, one just starts walkin’ in a tight circle, all shakin’ and wigglin’ and screamin’. Then one ‘uh his buddies joins ‘im, then another, then another, ‘till before long there’s a whole parade of ‘em walking in a massive circle, all hootin’ and hollerin’ but not going any damn place. Just chasin’ each other for hours.
