This is a pretty good breakdown of the 5 W's! There is a key factor that is missing though, and that is who YOU are. Based on the information given, I can conclude that you are a motivational speaker, but WHO are you to be the one speaking at this conference? WHO are the adults at this conference? WHAT is the business? HOW did you get here? We have everything we need for the setting except the main subject; YOU. The 5 W's are great for establishing a setting, but also for expanding upon who you are as a character in the scene.

Good pronunciation for the city names! I like the variation you've given in your speech patterns with some dragging on words and mixing of pacing. These characteristics provide a lot to the performance. In this setting, you could definitely amp up your projection a bit to make sure your audience further back can hear you. You're speaking at a normal level which wouldn't carry well to a larger crowd like one you've presented for your audience.

You have some great articulation and clarity. I think you will find some great enhancements to the performance if you take the time to invest into your character and their intentions a bit more. This is good work! Keep it up!
