Hey Carly! Let's talk more about your audience and see what W's we can use to expand on the scene a bit more. I love the projection, clarity, and somewhat stern approach that you've taken with this performance. It suits the setting, but WHO exactly is your character? Are you a teacher, a guest speaker, another student?

If this is a classroom of 20-30 people, WHERE is this taking place? WHAT grade of class are you speaking to? WHEN is this taking place? In the morning, mid class, after school, ect.? WHY are you telling this story to this class? Since this is a classroom setting, WHAT subject are you in? There's a lot of ways you can utilize the W's to help you expand on your story, the scene, the setting, and your own character which will help you enhance your performance.

Overall, this is a solid read! You hit the pronunciations of all the cities spot on, clearly enunciated and articulated, had good pacing with some variation throughout, and your projection and breath control are lovely! I would love to see more emotion and personality come through the performance itself, which I think you will definitely be able to achieve once you start giving more in-depth thought to your setting and character as I did above.
