Arthur CCCXXVIII (Aka Arthur the 328th) is the arms dealer and steward of the Angel armories. He descends from a long line of arms dealers who’ve loyally served the Angel forces for several millennia.

Arthur usually is not able to personally serve every Angel, rather many of his other associates do and occasionally even his seventeen year old son who he is training to follow the family business. However, to a select favored clientele or if someone needs the highest end gear the armory has, Arthur always makes time for those meetings.

 Arthur is very good as sensing the inclinations of Angels and what each one would want out of a weapon. Having a memorized catalogue of hundreds to even thousands of weapons, deals that’d normally take hours with an average dealer takes minutes at most. The Angel foundries usually are cheap and easily mass-produced, but Arthur’s shining collection is what he pays top dollar to stock. Among these, is his Top Shelf collection that are personally overseen in their creation by the Manuel family themselves to ensure they’re forged to his exact, and demanding, tastes. The Top Shelf weaponry is so expensive, rare, and treasured, only enough Angels to count on one pair of hands have ever used a Top Shelf weapon in battle.

Arthur is composed, poised, and unshakable. He demands respect and gives it back in return. Often his calm demeanor in addition to his deadly profession makes him hard to approach, but the cigar room-esc decor of his personal shop and his well dressed presentation attempts to satisfy the nerves. If he happens to not be in any tight schedule, Arthur is always one who is up for a talk, as well.

While it seems no Angel alive truly has won Arthur’s friendship, he and 0 share a kinship akin to a brotherhood. Often 0 and him match their leaves so they align, allowing for better time to talk and catch up. 0 is the only Angel alive Arthur even considers allowing to purchase from his Top Shelf collection without specific orders.
