Ever since Goku left the Earth with Shenron, Uub has been training non-stop to live up to his Mentors expectations, or the one's he'd imagine them to be. With the Majin power surging through his veins, His power is up to par with the res of the Z-Warriors. However...If it's too much, The power could take on a whole new effect...
For Uub's voice, I'd imagine him to sound like Zach Aguilar (The English VA of Genos) or your own personal take on it.
