A survivor on the second floor, Jean initially asks Sam to retrieve her laundry for her.  But as time goes on, he begins to transform, her peak outside catching up to her.  She eventually transforms into a hydra, with multiple heads that begin attacking people across her floor.  After Sam saves her, she is actually able to find peace with herself.
