Happy: Nice intro laugh and just enough space to edit it out after the intake if needed (likely for client to do so) and a great opening/starting feeling with your smile and energy. Kind but peppy and fun emphasis choices. The last "free" is slightly awkward but I hear how you're trying to have all 3 of them match throughout the script. The more things stay the same, the more odd it starts to feel. Solid work tho.
