HW Review
Hey Jacob! I can hear that you had fun with this script. The "audience" you've chosen for this script are more suited to what the genre is and less who your actual audience is. When considering a genre, the audience very well could be kids, but if you're portraying a character in a cartoon, then instead consider who that character's audience is. It's good to be aware of the genre's audience, but you also want to be aware of the character's audience as well.
You've got some intense pacing going on and for the most part, you handle it pretty well! That said, it causes some fumbling in a couple of spots. Remember, best practice when you fumble is to stop, recover, and restart from the beginning of the sentence or from the last natural pause where you could easily connect the gap. When you push through a stumble, you're creating a take that likely can't be used or will need to be heavily edited. You save yourself (or the audio engineer on the project) a lot of grief by following best practice instead of pushing through.
This is some fun energy you've brought into this script! Pretty good job with the pronunciation of all of these names as well. I think you could go even bigger with the dramatics for this scene! You make a great impact at 0:31 which would've been great to hear a bit more of in more areas of this script.
Thank you for submitting your week 3 homework! This was fun to listen to!
