Oh man, you've got a great voice for this! Very fitting for visual novel character or narrative work.

Excellent job handling your flubs. You did exactly as you should do when you fumble over a word or sentence. Stop, pause, recover, and start again. Thank you for not removing those! It's great to hear how you recover from a flub!

Just be careful not to get too caught up in trying to correct yourself. For instance, at 1:43 you read "to this day" three times, when your second take with the correct articulation of the word "to" would have been all you needed. There's no need to nitpick yourself too much, or you'll find yourself in the future spending avoidable time editing your audio.

You struggled a bit with the pronunciation of a few of the more complicated words. Specifically, "nasturtium" and "Lutein". You pronounced "carotenoid" correctly (though is was the British pronunciation of the word), but you hesitated on it. Remember, if you are unsure, always look it up! Google (or whatever search engine you prefer) is your friend.

Let's get into your performance. You've got a beautifully warm and gentle tone that fits the scene that you've painted very well. I think you could've sprinkled in a bit more energy and maybe even a vocal chuckle in a couple of spots to reach that "still tryna crack jokes every now and again" aspect of your scene.
