Lucifer is Maven's loyal assistant, formerly a mortal before signing a contract with her to give his soul to her for something he desired in a past life. In current times, he still works for Maven, though he has more of a life for himself, living happily with the queen of Lust City residing in the underworld. 

He doesn't take much seriously, aside from his job serving Maven and her husband Valdas. Though he and Maven are best friends, he likes to tease her occasionally.

He speaks in a sultry voice most of the time. However, he can be serious and speak calmly.
