A man found on the first floor, Nestor has stayed human and sane, but that changes when he becomes involved with Rafta.  His encounter with her results in him becoming an amorphous worm creature that goes on to infect several other people.  He should start out with a normal voice, with a more unhinged, distorted voice after he transforms.
