Fang is a reoccurring antagonist in the comic series, and is the main character in his own set of comics. Fang is a bounty hunter, mercenary and criminal. 

Fang is a mischievous, crafty bounty hunter who tries hard to be cool and in control, and tries to bolster his strength using gadgets, traps, and his popgun, but he is a coward who flees when his plans backfire on him, which tends to happen due to his bad luck and arrogance. Despite being a wanted criminal, he is intelligent enough to know how to evade the authorities using aliases to continue his pursuit of treasure. Fang is purely motivated by greed. Fang has a tendency to give nicknames to everyone he meets, such as calling Sonic "Fleet-feet". This extends to his allies, Bark and Bean, who he considers his "mooks"
