Our lead video editor will work closely with the staff team and the director to see what the project needs. They also help with the voice actors by also giving the actual dialogue. You will communicate with me about what changes in the video needs to be made.

Role Details Include:

• Ensuring that the VA dialogue lines up with the in-game text on screen
• Ensuring that the VA dialogue does not have any script issues, and that the dialogue matches word-for-word with the in-game dialogue on screen
• Adding immersive audio and/or SFX as directed by an SFX script. Audio will be supplied by the audio team
• Making sure that each video is exported in HD and polished for the final YouTube release
• Adding any logos, etc. This includes adding a credits roll
• Communicating closely with a small team of other video editors, as well as the Staff Team, Audio Team, and Voice Actors
• Attending Discord-based meetings when necessary
• Meeting required deadlines (though feel free to ask if you need to extend your deadline to a specific date)
• Working with a spreadsheet to help the team keep track of what is currently being worked on
• Assigning audio projects to a team of video editors
