Lysandre is the story's primary antagonist. He is secretly the leader of Team Flare, which is revealed in time as the group pieces together his identity. He is very straightforward about his values; he seeks to return the planet to a pure state devoid of suffering, and he would gladly do so by any means necessary.
His voice should be strong, mature, and commanding.
