TheHellastorian for Bill Cipher
Bill is a psychotic demon from an alternate dimension whose only goal in life is to cause pain and destruction. Bill hates the ordinary and insists on making everything "weird." Bill has a very high pitched voice with a unique reverb effect that causes him to sound like 3 voices are speaking at once (you don't have to include this effect in your audition but it is accepted). I plan on voicing this character (just because I love doing it), but if someone auditions that I think is genuinely better, I'll happily step down.
