Mono-tor, the overseer for this game. A Psychotic, fruity, and very expressive robot with a monitor for a head. Imagine Kokichi Ouma meets Joker, Flowey, and Monokuma. To throw in a bit of shock value to scare the participants, Monotor will sometimes pull out the most creepiest voices, just to mess with them.
