Balthazar Banijay (or as he prefers to be called, "Bani", is a genie of the bottle with a thick French Accent and almost always speaks in a formal manner unless told otherwise. He has gone through many masters in his lifetime, but once Walter found his prison and wished for him to stay, he has done so by his command. He is an obedient and loyal friend to his master and those whom he gets along with. Beyond that, not much is known about Bani.

(Booming/Obedient) "Greetings, Master. I am Balthazar, the genie who is shackled to the bottle before thee... For releasing me, you shall be granted any 3 desires you wish."

(Stern) "I do personally prefer to be referred to as Bani, for it is short for Banijay, my last name."

(Formal) "Hmm... Oui. Indeed, I am French. It is not very common to come across a genie who possesses a secondary language. I can only speak your language thanks to my almighty power."

(Booming/Obedient) "By the power invested within me, your wish is my command!"
