Chica, like bonnie has an energetic personality however compared to bonnie she actually has functional brain. Chica wouldn't hesitate to join Bonnie in doing fun activities but she also actually knows when it goes over board or not. 

During the night Chica becomes a sort of weeping angel who stops in her movement the second she and the nightguard sees eye to eye.
