Light Blue is a very energetic character. She is always in a good mood and never holds back from saying what’s on her mind. Because of that, she can seem a bit silly, even slightly manipulative. She always does what she wants and doesn’t let others intimidate her. She also has a twin brother who usually has to snap her out of her "phases."
