"Dazzle, however, is a rather gloomy, pessimistic Toon. He appears to have a rather negative outlook and slightly depressive personality, dismissing positive comments about him. After being complimented by Boxten, Dazzle says "I wish my best was enough...", which further suggests this. He also might be slightly anxious, as in his old extracting animation he is shown looking nervously to the side. However, he also cares about other toon's well-being, as shown in his dialogue with Tisha where he acts concerned and tells her not to overwork herself.
