Norman is Baby-Eater's project manager and corporate overseer. Thinking himself as the coolest thing ever, Norman is very confident. He is notorious for avoiding capture, prone to ridiculously complicated plans and death traps which he uses as leverage against his opponents. Norman is a parody of "Too Cool Villains", where he does things like wear a suit at all times (even in combat), wears sunglasses in doors, and wields a katana and uses random Japanese phrases he's heard because they sound cool.

Demo Line 1 Context: A confident Norman greets the player, using his signature Japanese words to seem cool. He then instantly explains what the phrase meant, just to be sure.

Demo Line 2 Context: Norman mocks the player when they question his style, berating them for needing to actually care about the stats of their gear.
