"The Devil" is Baby-Eater's lead scientist, a crazed murderer who enjoys experimenting on live captives. Despite clearly being a lunatic, "The Devil" had an almost comically good up-bringing. This character is a parody of "Mad Scientist" tropes. He speaks creepily and is prone to bouts of evil laughter.

Demo Line 1 Context: When confronted by the player, who asks if they're The Devil, The Devil gives out a vague answer before laughing maniacally.
Demo Line 2 Context: When asked by a sympathetic player if The Devil had a poor up bringing which led to his descent into evil, The Devil dryly responds that he didn't.
