Despite what his looks might entail, Blot is actually quite a silly, witty and decently friendly Toon, as hinted at by his walking and running animations, along with his dialogues. He's only capable of speaking backwards, he often uses this quirk of his to quip with the other toons, whether it's to make fun of them without them knowing and making sarcastic remarks (even being seen talking in the third person when referring to toons he's actively interacting with), or to simply toy with their understanding of what he's actually saying, showing his silly side. Even so, he still shows a degree of concern and empathy towards toons that he thinks are not doing well, and tries his best to cheer them up.

Alongside his cheerful personality, he also seems to demonstrate a more mature and cynical side. He seems to thoroughly dislike extracting and runs in general, as shown in his "finishing extraction" lines, "descending to the next floor" lines, and some of his interactions. He appears to want to keep a close tab on his troupe.
