Skylar is a main mare that is 19. She is Pluto's current girlfriend, but she's still nice to Deborah. Deborah despises Skylar, and basically hates her guts. Skylar is sweet, kind, caring, compassionate, and clever. She should have a soft, soothing, kind voice, that sounds a little bit sly. She should also have a soft American or British accent.
(matter of factly) But you know that they won't take no for an answer.
