I want as many auditions as possible for these roles. Throughout the film we will be hearing different citizens of New York voice their experiences with Spider-Man on the radio show. This is a big part of the movie, so don't think less of this one, there is a role for everyone! Pick one of the lines I will be putting below since the website only allows 3 in the "custom audition lines" section.

RONNIE - GARBAGE MAN

(V.O.)

Am I a fan? You bet your a** I am. We're only divided if we let these a**holes convince us we are, and this guy, he gets that. It'd be a whole different story if he was up in space with the big timers, but he's not. He's down here on the ground. With us. That means something.

JOE - PIZZERIA OWNER

Yup. That's my man. Usually comes around the joint once a week or so, helps us make a couple deliveries, we pay him in Pizza. Joe's is the best joint in town, and he knows it. Haven't seen the guy in a while though, hope he's doing right by himself.

A.J. - GRILL WORKER

(V.O.)

Look, I sold him a hot dog last week. He was gone as fast as he got there! And let me tell you something, he don't like mustard. 

(Pause)

ANGIE - MOTHER

(V.O.)

My son's adored him since the first day he showed up. If I ever got the chance to thank him… Not sure I'd even have the words.

JAKE - CAB DRIVER

(V.O.)

Oh, you want me to talk about him? Sorry. Uh… Well… It was about 5 months back. I'm cruising in my car at 2AM, and this fella's sitting on the curb, red and blue, all torn up. I stopped and waved him over. He said he ran out of some fluid or somethin'. To be honest with ya' I had no idea what he was talkin' bout'. I told him: "Hop in, and I'll drive you where you need to be".

MARGERY - BODEGA OWNER

(V.O.)

Last time I saw him was about 2 months back when that deranged rhinoceros man destroyed the bodega. That's the second time this year he decides to break outta' jail just to rampage through our neighborhood. I honestly don't know if we can afford to rebuild this time. I wish he could've stopped him faster.

(Pause)

I know he's probably busy saving someone, somewhere… I just hope he comes soon.

Yo, look, bad things happen in the apple everyday. Helps to know there's at least someone looking out for the streets, even if it's just one weird dude, ya' feel? Guy's fast, like a bullet or something. It's like one second he's here, the next he's gone. But the one thing I know for sure when he is? It's all gonna be okay.

SHEILA - DINER OWNER

(V.O.)

We had a rat problem so bad it damn near forced me to close the place, but then he came. Helped us catch em'. Was 'bout a month back. S'all about love… and community with him. He seemed a little down that day, though. I think we could all use a pat on the back now and then. I sure as hell know I could. Spidey's milkshakes are on the house til' the day I die after that.
