NOTE: Huepow cries a decent amount in the story. Gonna need someone who can do that convincingly.


Huepow is Klonoa's "life-long best friend." They supposedly met in a forest just outside of Breezegale, the Wind Village, and have been friends ever since. He is the spirit that powers Klonoa's Wind Ring and has a similar personality to him, though something more with him seems to be going on under the surface.
