I'm not the OP, but I can definitely hear the practiced and refined VA quality that can only come from a fellow customer service employee! You have very clear diction with a solid midrange tone. You should try narrating a few pages of a book you like, doing impressions of characters(ones that are easy and hard fir you to test your range), and try to do a few sentences that express different emotions/states of mind! Again, I'm not OP, but I hope to see you continue as I hear a lot of potential in your voice! <3
