Personality: Ambitious, Somewhat Nerdy, Fiercely Determined
Charlie had dreams of following a career in sports, once an avid baseball player despite his leaner figure he nearly entered college with a scholarship for sports. But the accident that inevitably gave him his superhuman abilities cost him the mobility in one of his legs. Instead he patrols the night as Matrix, the Moonlighters eyes and ears. He rarely takes to the field now but he refuses to become an invalid due to his injury.
