Makishima is a very calm and collected criminal. He kills for his own doing. His Psycho Pass does not go up to indicate he is a criminal.

    I originally wasn't going to go from a reference of the English dub since I'm not a big fan of his voice actor, but I'll check it out and compare. Thank you though!
