A pronunciation of his name can be found at this link.

Yǔliàng is an adult sea elf. He is curt, stoic, and troubled from his recent past. His life was purely comprised of serving a childish and vengeful god, along with working for the Heavenly Agents [imagine the fantasy FBI].

It isn't confirmed quite how old he is. However, before he began serving the Agents and his previous god, Vendaval, he enjoyed making little plush toys and dolls in his free time. The only thing that stopped him from being crafty was the constraints of his job. However: the skill had come in handy when handling cases with young children.

His voice type is best fit for baritone and bass voices. This character is extremely polite, and not easy to anger with many topics. However, like the previous god he used to serve, he is prideful about the decisions he has made (even though he acknowledges his lapse in judgment).

Usually, I would have put "voice claims" for this character." However, no matter how much I scrounge pieces of media: I cannot find anything voice claims that would suit this character. If you have any questions about this audition in any capacity, reach out to athelia on Discord.

  • I am Yǔliàng, protector—of... no. (clear throat) I am Yǔliàng. And your name?

  • Pardon me for such a question but... what is a... home? Is it a place? Is it a thing you hold?

  • (optional) Someone else freed me when I couldn't escape myself. Mr. Everhurden—who are *you* to judge me for my inability to be as free as you or Mr. Wilmsburrow?
