Co- Directors have a very important role in this Project. You will be directing the VAs and Staff in Steps to Hope along aside myself. You will need to prepare projects and give your ideas and opinions too. Staff will be depending on your for help and guide as well. You must be active, and provide examples of past experiences. If you do not have any experience list somethings you would do for Steps to Hope.
