This transformation is the result of using his Time Magic to seal away his own time, allowing him to survive but at the cost of his mana and physical maturity. Despite his youthful appearance, Julius retains his vast knowledge and experience as the Wizard King. He continues to lead the Clover Kingdom with a renewed sense of purpose, balancing his innate curiosity about magic with the responsibilities of his position.
