"He" is a vile entity who watches all. It presents itself to mortals as a strange man offering many things too good to be true. He hides in the shadows and picks his assonates/victims wisely in order to do his bidding and get him closer to his mysterious goal. His voice is a constant serious of breaths and lies, making him sound like a sickly con-artist. This is a role that will have consistent work to be done with, as he is planned to appear in future titles.

This role has been played before by an older text to speech program that wasn't the right fit. But the breathiness is an aspect we like and would be perfect with an actual human voice actor who can really make this character standout as the inhuman threat he is.
