Bibble is an excitable, slightly unhinged wannabe wizard with zero impulse control. Voice should be raspy or textured, higher pitch, and radiating manic enthusiasm. Has unpredictable, unrestrained energy, like a caffeinated raccoon in wizard robes. Needs big emotional swings: gleeful cackling, dramatic proclamations, sudden “I have an idea!” bursts. Able to deliver fast, energetic banter without losing clarity.
