Naruhito is one of the protagonist's friends, a guy with a laid back attitude that's much smarter than he seems. He acts like a bloodhound whenever it comes to investigating, and won't drop a case no matter how much digging needs to be done.
Naruhito's voice should be slightly nasal and casual, he should feel kinda like a skater-boy - silly, with his serious moments. He's not stupid, just fun-loving!
