At first, he’s unsure but trying to take it in stride. As the days go on, things start to feel off. He notices strange changes in the forest, in the footage, and eventually in himself.

The actor playing Barry needs to sound like a real person slowly losing their grip. No big dramatic shifts, just a steady, believable change from someone trying to stay professional to someone who’s quietly unravelling. The fear and tension build quietly, and by the end, he’s almost too calm, like something inside him has changed for good.
