Norma is a teenager who visited VA-11 Hall-A to escape her overbearing mother. She tried to ask for a drink at the bar, even though she's underage, as an act of rebellion. She shows up briefly twice, so I would consider her minor.

I dunno, a stereotypical medium ranged teen voice should suit her, I think. Other than that, feel free to try anything! Since there's no real canon voices for them, there aren't any limits!
